Delivery & Shipping
Shipping on our website is calculated by the size of each piece and worked out automatically in the cart and at checkout. Shipping for large items is quoted by our staff, or you can choose in-store pickup.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is based on the size of the piece and its shipping box. When you add a piece to your cart or check out, the system calculates and shows the shipping cost for you, so there is no need to work it out yourself.
The shipping cost for each piece is also shown on its page.
What if I buy several pieces?
When you buy several pieces at once, we will combine them into one box where possible and charge shipping only once for the whole order; the combined shipping cost is shown at checkout.
If the combined size is too large, shipping for the whole order will be quoted by our staff instead.
How are large items shipped?
For large items, or pieces whose dimensions are not yet listed, shipping must be quoted by our staff. You can pick them up in store, or we can arrange freight delivery.
Choose "Home Delivery (Shipping to Be Quoted)" at checkout and place your order, and the piece will be held for you for 2 days.
Once we have a quote, we will email you the shipping cost; you pay after confirming the amount. If the shipping cost doesn't suit you, you can cancel the order yourself in "My Orders" before paying.
In-Store Pickup
Choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and no shipping is charged. Large items can be picked up too.

Once payment is complete, you are welcome to pick up your order in store.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, we will arrange shipment and email you when it ships. If there is a tracking number, it will be included in the email and in "My Orders" in your member account.
You can check payment and shipping progress at any time in "My Orders".
