Handmade Shigaraki Ware Ceramic Incense Burner, Japan

This is a ceramic incense burner in the style of Shigaraki ware, one of Japan's traditional Six Ancient Kilns. Hand-formed and fired, it expresses a strong Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetic.
