The top of the vase opens in a fan that extends sideways; at 19.5 cm across, the mouth is generous to the eye and helps flowers spread naturally in a radiating arrangement. The finely serrated cut decoration at the rim adds delicacy and depth to the whole piece.

The body is covered with intricate, precise geometric pressed patterns and plant motifs.
