This Shōwa-period Japanese wooden corner display cabinet is a piece of classical furniture that combines storage, display and decoration. It has a dark brown wooden structure, with a glass-fronted display cabinet above and an enclosed two-door storage cupboard below, joined in the middle by a shaped wooden support, forming a very recognizable two-tier structure. Its greatest feature is the corner design. Compared with an ordinary upright cabinet, this type of furniture fits into a corner, saving space and turning an easily overlooked corner into a display focal point.
