Antique Money Box, Japan

This Edo-period Japanese money box is an antique of considerable historical value and practical function. In old Japan, such boxes were containers for storing coins and valuables; sturdy and durable, they were usually made of heavy timber with metal fittings to keep the contents safe. The design of this box is plain and unadorned, and its surface retains the marks of history, showing the patina of age and a rustic beauty. Japanese Folk Deity Mask

陶製福神笑顏面具掛飾

一張笑得毫不含蓄的臉，反而讓人第一眼就記住它。 這件來自日本的老件陶製福神面具，以相當飽滿、誇張的方式塑造傳統福神形象。圓潤豐厚的臉型、上揚的眉眼、張嘴露齒的笑容，再配上兩側濃厚的鬢鬚與下巴黑鬚，整體充滿日本民藝特有的質樸與幽默感。 頭頂以金色帽冠搭配黑色帽帶，臉部則以暖橘色為主調，再以黑、紅、白、金等色彩描繪五官。色彩鮮明，但經過歲月之後已不再有新品般的銳利感，反而多了一層老件特有的沉著氣息。尤其有趣的是，面具兩耳位置還保留了繩穗裝飾，讓整體不只是單純的陶製人物造型，而多了一點傳統祭祀、民藝與地方文化的味道。(背面一處微微沖線)

九谷燒 孔雀花鳥圖彩繪花器

一件色彩相當豐富，卻又保留日本傳統陶瓷氣息的九谷燒老花器。 器身以溫潤的米白色釉面作為底色，最醒目的主景是兩隻姿態優雅的孔雀，周圍環繞盛開的牡丹、枝葉與花木，上方還能看到停駐枝頭的小鳥。整幅構圖由器身一路展開，具有傳統日本花鳥畫般的敘事感。 孔雀羽毛以深藍、綠、赭紅與金黃色層層描繪，牡丹則運用粉紅、朱橙、綠等色彩交錯呈現。相較於大量留白的現代陶器，這件屬於典型的「滿而不亂」——近看可以欣賞細節，遠看則是一件色彩完整、存在感相當強的花器。

山峯窯 黑釉金彩花鳥秋草紋大型花器

這件日本老件大型花器以濃厚的黑色釉面為基底，再以金彩與多彩花鳥紋樣構成主景。不同於一般白瓷花器的清雅明亮，黑釉讓整件器物呈現更加成熟、沉穩的氣質，同時也把金色與花卉色彩襯托得格外鮮明。 器身描繪多種秋季草花，菊花、細長草葉與各式野花由器身下方層層向上延伸，黃色、橙紅、白、綠與藍紫等色彩錯落其中；上方則可見飛翔的鳥禽穿梭於花草之間，形成相當典型的日本花鳥秋草意匠。其中最漂亮的地方，是畫面並沒有把整只花器完全填滿。 工匠刻意保留大片黑釉空間，讓繁複花草集中於器身下半部，再利用飛鳥將視線向上延伸。這種「留黑」使整體即使使用大量金彩與彩繪，也不會顯得過於俗艷，反而多了一種夜色庭園般的幽深感。

天然杉木五抽小箪笥・金具抽屜收納櫃

日本傳統家具中的「箪笥（たんす / Tansu）」原本就是為日常收納而生，從大型衣裝箪笥、船箪笥、藥箪笥，到尺寸較小的桌上型收納櫃，都能看到日本生活家具重視實用與細節的特色。 這件屬於相當討喜的小型五抽箪笥，正面採「上二、下三」的抽屜配置，上層兩只小抽屜適合分類較細小的物件，下方三只較寬抽屜則提供更完整的收納空間。 最吸引人的地方，是杉木本身自然形成的木紋。抽屜正面保留明顯的木質肌理，再搭配深色金屬拉手、護角及邊框金具，讓整體呈現出一種樸實而有份量的日本古道具氣息。
